Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and JeetWin (hereinafter referred to as "JeetWin", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jeetwin.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the website, depositing funds, participating in any game, or using any service offered by JeetWin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Member on the JeetWin platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by JeetWin subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds into a Member's Account from an approved Malaysian payment method, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Boost, GrabPay, and Hong Leong Connect.
• "Game" means any product offered on the JeetWin platform including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, lottery draws, and arcade games.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process applied to Member accounts in compliance with anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the JeetWin platform.
• "Platform" means the JeetWin website, mobile site, and any associated services accessible at https://jeetwin.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which JeetWin is legally prohibited from offering services, or from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on JeetWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. JeetWin enforces a strict 21+ age policy for all gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person (human individual). Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and organisations may not register as Members.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an existing Member who has been suspended or permanently excluded from the JeetWin platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of a JeetWin employee involved in platform operations, game management, or promotion administration.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the JeetWin platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. JeetWin does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the JeetWin platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account details promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. JeetWin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify JeetWin immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

JeetWin is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit documentation including a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport or driver's licence, a utility bill dated within three (3) months as proof of current address, and a selfie photograph holding your primary identity document. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits & Payments

JeetWin accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of approved Malaysian payment methods. Accepted methods currently include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and Hong Leong Connect. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• The maximum deposit amount is RM30,000 per transaction unless higher limits have been agreed in writing for VIP Members.
• Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take between 5 to 15 minutes.
• JeetWin does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are your responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JeetWin reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that fails KYC screening, originates from an unsupported payment source, or is suspected to be connected to fraudulent or illegal activity.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. JeetWin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by Member VIP tier. Standard verified accounts receive normal processing. Silver tier and above benefit from priority processing queues.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• JeetWin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Such reviews may delay processing by up to five (5) business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

JeetWin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements that are published at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of JeetWin and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available to a Member once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, including through multiple accounts, constitutes prohibited conduct.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to real-money balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• JeetWin reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of gaming activity designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonus credits that remain unused in an Account beyond the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited.
• Free bets and promotional tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All gaming activity on the JeetWin platform — including sports betting, live casino play, slot games, lottery, and arcade games — is governed by the rules applicable to each specific game or market. Members acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes for RNG-based products (slots, virtual games, and table games using random number generation) are determined by certified independent random number generation systems. JeetWin does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are subject to JeetWin's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, JeetWin will apply its standard recovery procedures. Where a game round or bet cannot be completed due to a platform error, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
• JeetWin reserves the right to void any bet or game result found to have been placed or influenced in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits may vary by game, market, event, Member tier, or account status.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JeetWin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of game or sports event outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical assistance designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or activity connected to criminal proceeds through the Platform.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including techniques designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication directed at JeetWin staff, support agents, or other Members.

Intellectual Property

All content on the JeetWin platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, text, software, code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of JeetWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any content on the Platform without JeetWin's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JeetWin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if JeetWin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or data loss beyond JeetWin's reasonable control.
• Any third-party content, products, or services accessed via links or integrations on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JeetWin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Account Suspension & Termination

JeetWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Member-initiated self-exclusion request under JeetWin's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon account termination, any verified real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC clearance.

Responsible Gambling

JeetWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have put in place a range of player protection tools and policies to address this.

• All Members have access to deposit limit controls, session time reminders, and reality check notifications.
• Members may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting JeetWin's customer support team via live chat.
• JeetWin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all gaming activities and applies KYC age verification to all accounts.
• Members who self-exclude will not receive any promotional or marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JeetWin holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence require otherwise.
